The Brice Man

A cocksure and wealthy but child-like man named Brice Agostini lives an idle life in Nice, spending his days waiting for a wave to hit the Mediterranean Sea, despite living on a completely waveless bay. His world is turned upside down when his father is arrested for money-laundering, forcing Brice to try his hand at making a living and eventually joining forces with a motorcycle thief named Marius to steal a lorry and participate in a surfing competition. In the end, Brice finds an unlikely sense of purpose on the waves, bonding with Marius over their shared dreams and imperfections.
