Father Stu

Father Stu is a biographical drama film about Stuart Long, an amateur boxer who moves to Los Angeles after his injury ends his career. He becomes smitten with Carmen, a Sunday school teacher, and begins attending church to win her over, but a motorcycle accident leaves him questioning his life path. As he drifts in and out of consciousness, Stu has a vision of the Virgin Mary that sets him on the path to becoming a Catholic priest, despite his initial doubts and the disapproval of those around him.
