Flesh for the Beast

A group of parapsychologists investigate a mansion with a reputation for being haunted by three succubi under the control of a sinister warlock owner. As they try to uncover the secrets of the house, including a mysterious amulet that could grant immense power, Erin Cooper (Jane Scarlett) finds herself drawn to the place and eventually reveals she's one of the succubi all along. The group is gradually killed off by the succubi as they attempt to find the amulet and perform a ritual to stop them, leaving only Erin as the final survivor.
