Shocker

A serial killer, Horace Pinker, transforms into a terrifying energy source after being electrocuted for his crimes. He possesses others to continue his murderous ways, including Lt. Don Parker, Jonathan's father. A young athlete, Jonathan Parker, develops a strange connection to Pinker through dreams and leads the police to him, ultimately discovering that Pinker is bound by real-world laws, allowing him to be defeated and trapped inside a television.
