Mahesh "Mahi" Babu, a finance agent, travels from the USA to India to retrieve his money from Kalaavathi's father, powerful MP and industrialist Rajendranath. Mahi had lent Kalaavathi ₹10K for her graduate studies, but she's a gambling addict who tricked him into asking for more money. As Mahi tries to recover his loan, he uncovers the truth about Rajendranath's involvement in financial fraud and decides to expose him, rallying support from his community to take on the corrupt politician.
