Larry Guthrie (Larry the Cable Guy), a dreamer from a small town, is awarded the title of "Metro County Miracle." After losing his first love to the hotshot Bo Billings, Larry decides to win her back by volunteering with the children at Brooke's after-school program. When Larry accidentally tells the kids the Tooth Fairy isn't real, he soon finds himself transformed into a tutu-clad fairy, collecting teeth and struggling to balance his newfound responsibilities with winning back his love interest.
