Don't Look in the Basement

A young psychiatric nurse takes a job at a secluded rural mental health institute after a patient threatens her life, but soon finds herself terrorized by the institution's violent and unstable patients, who are led astray by their supposed doctor, who is actually a patient in disguise. As she tries to uncover the truth and escape, she discovers that the only sane person on staff is one of the patients, a shellshocked Sergeant with a dark past.
