Watcher

A young American actress named Julia moves into an apartment building in Bucharest with her husband Francis, only to discover a mysterious stranger across the street watching her every move. As she becomes increasingly paranoid, she learns that a serial killer dubbed "the Spider" is terrorizing the city, decapitating young women. With her language barrier and lack of understanding from her husband exacerbating her isolation, Julia finds herself trapped in a game of cat and mouse with the unknown stalker, whose true intentions are shrouded in mystery until the very end.
