In "Leaving Normal," two women embark on a life-changing cross-country journey to Alaska, leaving their troubled pasts behind. Darly, a brassy waitress with a secret history as a former stripper, meets Marianne, a quiet survivor of an abusive relationship, and together they face a series of eccentric characters and challenges that test their resilience.
