In the action-packed sequel to Young and Dangerous, Chicken returns to Hong Kong after a failed hit in Taiwan, seeking revenge against his rival and taking on a new role as a leader in the Taiwanese triad San Luen. A contest is underway, with the winner claiming leadership of the Causeway Bay branch, setting the stage for a deadly game of loyalty, power, and betrayal. As alliances are forged and broken, Chicken must confront his own demons and face off against rival gang members, including Tai Fei and the seductive mistress who pulls the strings from behind the scenes. In the end, only one person will claim the top spot: Ho Nam, the young leader with a heart full of justice and a determination to bring down corruption in Hong Kong's underworld.
