Laura (Clara Rugaard) discovers that her mixtape with her boyfriend Harrison (Lewis Pullman), who was fatally struck by a car four years earlier, can transport her back in time and save his life. She uses this power to try and change the course of their future, sending herself back in time to various moments in their relationship, where she tries to warn him about his impending death. With each new attempt, she alters the timeline, but ultimately forces herself to accept that she cannot be with Harrison, discovering an alternative reality where they were together all along.
