On Shishikari Island, a remote community is on the verge of revitalization thanks to Keita Izumi's (Tatsuya Fujiwara) successful black fig production. However, their peaceful days are disrupted by Mutsuo Komisaka's arrival, whose true nature proves deadly. When Keita's daughter goes missing, he and friends Jun Tanabe (Kenichi Matsuyama) and Shinichiro Moriya (Ryunosuke Kamiki), a rookie police officer, are forced to confront their new reality as they try to cover up Mutsuo's murder, only to discover his true identity as a psycho killer.
