A female suicide bomber appears and holds Chief Justice of Asia Emma Pong hostage; Luk shoots Sirius dead, but the other terrorists escape as he runs out of ammunition. The ICAC investigates the sex trafficking case while Luk's friend and informant Wong Lam-luk snaps photos of senior customs inspector Kwong Yat-long discussing business with Chumook. A gunfight ensues between the ICAC and traffickers, and one of the slaves reveals that they were from Thailand who were forced to work in clubs in Hong Kong. As investigations unfold, it becomes clear that King, a former drug lord on Interpol's Red Notice, is the mastermind behind the human trafficking syndicate, with Siu Cheuk-ngah as his right-hand man.
