The Black Phone

In 1978, Finney Blake, a bullied 13-year-old boy, is abducted by The Grabber (Ethan Hawke), a sadistic serial child killer known colloquially as the Grabber. Trapped in a soundproofed basement, Finney discovers a mystical black rotary phone that allows him to communicate with the ghosts of the Grabber's previous victims. As they try to help him escape, Finney must face his own fears and confront The Grabber, who brings him cruel games and taunts from beyond the grave.
