Heartthrob

Aubrey Shea plays Sam Maddox, Aubrey Peeples is not in this film (the correct actress is Ione Skye), and Keir Gilchrist stars as Henry Sinclair, a brilliant MIT-bound student whose infatuation with Sam Maddox turns dark. As their relationship progresses, Henry becomes increasingly obsessed with Sam, resorting to murder. Ultimately, Henry's fixation on her leads to his own demise, leaving Sam to grapple with the complexities of their toxic romance.
