"Why Me, Sweetie?" is a 2003 Hong Kong comedy film about Louis Koo's character Dong, who suffers from memory loss and keeps forgetting his love interest, Ding Ding (played by Cherrie Ying). After a doctor (Tats Lau) helps her understand Dong's condition, the two try to help him overcome his amnesia. With its lighthearted tone, this film shares similarities with Adam Sandler's "50 First Dates."
