Executive Order

In a dystopian future, black Brazilians face forced deportation to Africa as part of a measure decreed by their government. Two cousins, Antônio (Alfred Enoch) and Capitú (Taís Araújo), take refuge in an apartment and debate social and racial issues, sharing a yearning for the change of country. As they prepare for their own deportation, they must also fight against the authorities who enforce the law and join a nonviolent resistance movement to challenge the madness spreading across Brazil.
