In 1978, Vikramaditya alias "Aditya" is a world-renowned palmist based in Italy, known for his exceptional skills and reputation as the "Einstein of palmistry". Dubbed the chief disciple of spiritual saint Paramahamsa, he has correctly read the palms of notable individuals like Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. However, Aditya's life takes a dramatic turn when he meets Dr. Prerana, a beautiful yet clumsy physician, during a train journey, and begins to question his disbelieving worldview about love.
