An aspiring musician agrees to a marriage of convenience with a soon-to-deploy Marine, but a tragedy soon turns their fake relationship all too real. Cassie Salazar, a waitress/bartender struggling with type 1 diabetes, enters into an arrangement with Luke Morrow, a Marine in need of health insurance and financial stability.
