Kriti Sanon stars as Mimi Rathore, an aspiring actress in Rajasthan who agrees to become a surrogate mother for an American couple, John and Summer. After a few months, they change their mind about wanting a child, asking Mimi to abort and return to the United States. However, Mimi decides to carry the child to term and concocts a story involving Bhanupratap Pandey (Pankaj Tripathi) as the father of her baby boy, Raj.
