In 1915, Jean Renoir, son of Impressionist painter Pierre-Auguste, returns to the French Riviera to convalesce after being wounded in World War I, accompanied by Andrée, a young woman who brings both rejuvenation and inspiration to his life. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Côte d'Azur during wartime, "Renoir" is a poignant drama that explores the complex relationship between two artistic legends, their personal struggles, and the enduring power of beauty and creativity.
