Land of Storms

A young Hungarian footballer named Szabolcs returns to his rural homeland after quitting his German team, leaving behind a tumultuous friendship and family life, in search of simplicity. Instead, he finds himself entwined in a complicated web of relationships with Áron, a local stonemason, and Bernard, his former roommate from Germany. As they navigate their feelings for each other amidst the tight-knit community's homophobia and intolerance, Szabolcs must confront his own desires and the harsh realities of living in the shadows.
