Orphan: First Kill

Isabelle Fuhrman reprises her role as Leena Klammer / Esther Albright, a 30-year-old Estonian psychiatric patient who escapes from an institution and impersonates an American girl named Esther Albright, daughter of a wealthy family. After convincing the family that she is their missing daughter, Leena becomes infatuated with the father, Allen (Rossif Sutherland), but her true intentions are soon revealed, leading to a violent confrontation between Leena, the mother Tricia (Julia Stiles), and her son Gunnar (Matthew Finlan).
