Hit: The First Case

Rajkummar Rao stars as Vikram, a troubled detective investigating the disappearance of his girlfriend Neha (Sanya Malhotra), whose case is linked to another young woman's death, Preeti, whose car broke down on a highway. Forensic evidence points to multiple suspects, including her father and an unknown DNA sample, while witness accounts suggest a lorry and Fahad, Ibrahim's mechanic, may be leads. The investigation unfolds as Vikram experiences flashbacks of a dark event from his past, leading to a near-fatal shooting and leaving Neha's future uncertain.
