Saloum

In 2003, three elite African mercenaries, Chaka (Yann Gael), Rafa (Roger Felmont Sallah), and Minuit (Mentor Ba), posing as gold miners, hide in a Senegalese resort called the Baobab near the Saloum river delta. Seeking supplies to fix their plane, they meet Awa (Evelyne Ily Juhen), a deaf and mute woman who reveals her knowledge of their true identities via sign language. As tensions rise, Chaka's past as a former child soldier and Omar's dark secrets are revealed, leading to a deadly encounter with vengeful entities and a desperate fight for survival.
