Two enigmatic women, Leni (Juliet Berto) and Viva (Bulle Ogier), arrive in Paris separately, both driven by a shared motive, as they navigate the city and become entangled in a conflict that increasingly takes a fantastical turn. A magical diamond at the center of their rivalry holds the key to their desires, with the winner able to remain on earth.
