In post-communist Europe, powerful mafia families vie for control of the arms trade in "Crazy Six", a film about Billie "Crazy Six" (Rob Lowe) and his friends as they rob a plutonium deal involving Raul (Ice-T), with the help of Dirty Mao (Mario Van Peebles). The heist goes awry, leading to a cat-and-mouse game between Billie's crew and Raul's men. In the end, American detective Dakota (Burt Reynolds) helps Billie get clean after the chaos subsides.
