A Taste of Sky

In a bold experiment to revolutionize Bolivia's culinary landscape, Claus Meyer has opened Gustu in La Paz, a fine-dining restaurant and cooking school that's training impoverished youth in the art of haute cuisine. Two talented young Bolivians, Kenzo and Maria Claudia, who hail from different regions - the Amazon and the Andean altiplano - are among those benefiting from Meyer's guidance as they strive to put Bolivia on the gastronomic map.
