In a stunning tale of sisterhood and isolation, "The Silent Twins" follows June and Jennifer Gibbons, twin sisters from a small Welsh town in the 1970s and '80s who turn inward to escape the unwelcoming community around them. After a spree of vandalism inspired by an American idol, the girls are sent to Broadmoor Hospital, where they face a choice between separating or dying together. Directed by Agnieszka Smoczyńska from a screenplay by Andrea Seigel, this biographical drama is based on the book by Marjorie Wallace and stars Letitia Wright and Tamara Lawrance as the iconic twins.
