Waiting for the Hearse

The Musicardi family gathers for Mamá Cora's 80th birthday celebration, only to discover that they can't agree on who should care for her due to financial troubles. As tensions rise and generations clash, a mix-up with a Hungarian woman's body leads Mamá Cora to mistakenly attend her own funeral instead of a funeral for a neighbor's suicide victim. Amidst the chaos, the family reflects on their complicated relationships and past mistakes. Luis Brandoni plays Antonio, China Zorrilla stars as Sergio's perfidious wife Elvira, and Antonio Gasalla portrays the matriarch Mamá Cora.
