My So-Called Father

Pregnant Malin (Vera Vitali) has nowhere to go after her boyfriend breaks up with her, so she seeks out her father Martin (Michael Nyqvist), whom she's never met. When Martin gets a stroke and forgets who he is before Malin can introduce herself, she sees an opportunity to create a perfect father-daughter relationship by fabricating a happy childhood for him. As Martin's memories start returning, however, a conflict arises between his idealized but fabricated life and the reality of their complicated past.
