Hyun Bin reprises his role as Im Chul-ryung, a detective from North Korea's special investigation team, teaming up again with Yoo Hae-jin as Kang Jin-tae to pursue a brutal and secret criminal organization in Seoul. They are joined by Daniel Henney as Jack, an FBI agent, and together they embark on a trilateral collaboration to track down the North Korean leader Jin Seon-kyu as Jang Myeong-jun, who is also revealed to have connections with German scientist Adolf Bohrmann and an FBI director's office.
