The Treasure

The Treasure: Truth and Imagination follows Hassan Bishr (Mohamed Saad) as he searches for his family's legacy after discovering a recorded will and papyri left by his father. The film spans three eras, exploring the impact of corruption and clerics' power on Egyptian society from the Pharaonic era to the first half of the 20th century. Along the way, Hassan encounters historical figures like Queen Hatshepsut (Hend Sabry) and King Farouk, as he unravels his family's secrets and seeks to understand the true nature of their legacy.
