Entrails of a Virgin

In this notorious 1986 Japanese horror film, a group of photographers and models embark on a forest retreat where they engage in S&M play and softcore sex. As night falls, they're stalked and killed one-by-one by a demonic figure with an oversized penis, with Saeko Kizuki playing the sole survivor, Rei, who becomes pregnant with the creature's child.
