Armageddon Time

In 1980 Queens, New York, a young Jewish boy befriends a rebellious African-American classmate amidst disapproval from his privileged family and grows up reckoning with inequality and prejudice. As he navigates high school, Paul finds solace in his close bond with his grandfather, Aaron, who encourages him to stand against injustice, but must confront the harsh realities of growing up in a world where privilege can be both a blessing and a burden.
