"Return to Mount Kennedy" is a heartwarming documentary that follows three sons, Bob and Leif Whittaker, along with Christopher Kennedy, as they embark on a climbing expedition to honor their fathers' joint accomplishment of summiting Mount Kennedy in 1965, led by Jim Whitaker. The film combines archival footage and interviews with the men themselves, including Jim Whitaker, to tell the story of this remarkable friendship and family legacy. Along the way, the team is joined by Eddie Vedder, who writes original music for the film.
