A scientist's experiment with a deadly bacteria goes awry and leaves him horribly deformed, transforming him into a monstrous creature that wreaks havoc on his town. The government orders an airstrike to kill the monster, prompting a lone agent to race against time to stop it. David Warbeck stars as Captain Kirk in this 1983 Italian-Spanish sci-fi horror film, Panic (or Bakterion).
