Don "The Dragon" Wilson stars as Jake Raye, a retired boxer and co-owner of Hal and Jake's self-defense class who travels to Manila in search of truth after his half-brother Michael is brutally murdered. He trains with Kwong (Joe Mari Avellana) before entering the Red Fist tournament, where he faces off against Chin Woo (Cris Aguilar), whom he ultimately discovers is his brother's killer. After a intense fight in an alleyway, Raye severely injures Kwong and kills him in revenge.
