Johnny Hamlet

Johnny Hamlet (1968) is a Spaghetti Western film directed by Enzo G. Castellari, reimagining William Shakespeare's tragedy Hamlet in a Western setting. Johnny Hamilton (Andrea Giordana), returning from the Civil War, must avenge his father's murder and confront the treachery of his uncle Claude (Horst Frank). As he searches for justice, Johnny encounters various characters including Horace (Gilbert Roland) and Emily (Gabriella Boccardo), whose fates are intertwined with his own.
