Monica Reeves (Laura Marano) is desperate to be prom queen, but her big night starts with a bad hair day. Meanwhile, FBI agent Liz Morgan (Leigh-Allyn Baker) is on the hunt for a jewel thief who has stolen a necklace from Monica. As they team up to chase the thief, Monica's hair troubles and personal life become increasingly entangled in their adventure through the city.
