The Mirror

A hauntingly simple film about a young girl's desperate attempt to navigate the streets of Tehran alone after her mother fails to pick her up from school. Dressed in a school uniform and armed with only a casted arm and a backpack, Mina must confront a world that is both chaotic and apathetic to her plight. As she presses on towards home, the camera seems to draw closer, capturing every step, every hesitation, and every moment of uncertainty.
