"Decibel" is a 2022 South Korean action thriller film about a former Naval officer with a dark past who must face off against an insurgent with a sound-sensitive bomb, played by Kim Rae-won as Kang Do-young, ex-Navy Submarine Commander. As the bomb designer Jeon Tae-seong (Lee Jong-suk) becomes the target of terrorism, the two engage in a cat-and-mouse game.
