The Post-Truth World

In "The Post-Truth World," Joseph Chang plays Liu Li-min, a former newscaster who becomes embroiled in the investigation of his captor, Zhang Zheng-yi (played by Edward Chen). After seven years, Zhang escapes from prison and takes Liu hostage, claiming he was wrongly accused by Liu's late wife. As public attention grows, Liu teams up with Zhang to reinvestigate the murder case and clear Zhang's name, but their search for truth only leads them further down a rabbit hole.
