Ju-on: The Curse 2

In this chilling sequel to Ju-on: The Curse, a woman named Kyoko helps her brother Tatsuya, a real estate agent, examine a notorious haunted house and put it on the market. Unbeknownst to them, the house is still cursed, and its resident vengeful ghost, Kayako Saeki, begins to wreak havoc on their lives. As the curse spreads, Kyoko's nephew Nobuyuki becomes the only living relative of the original family left untouched, but even he is eventually consumed by the malevolent spirit.
