Charlotte, a woman with anger management issues, writes a journal as a therapeutic exercise to manage her emotions. She then meets Lyle Wilkes (Joey Lawrence), a charming man who seems perfect, but turns out to be a contract killer after he discovers Charlotte's list of people she'd like to kill in a fit of rage.
