Putin's Kiss is a documentary film that follows Russian youth activist Masha Drokova, played by Maria Alexandrovna Drokova (Masha Bucher), as she rises through the ranks of the popular nationalistic youth movement Nashi. The film showcases her experiences from age 16 to 19 and her eventual disillusionment with the group's tactics after befriending liberal journalists, including blogger Oleg Kashin, who accuses Nashi of being a "group of hooligans."
