In a daring act of resistance against occupation, Palestinians in Beit Sahour dared to defy Israel's national security by starting a small local dairy industry. Hiding 18 dairy cows from Israeli security forces, they faced an extraordinary quest for self-sufficiency that drew hundreds of soldiers and military helicopters into the hunt. With humor, heart, and a touch of claymation animation, "The Wanted 18" brings to life this astonishing true story of non-violent disobedience and the power of grassroots resistance.
