Frank Grillo plays Doc Alexander, an ex-Special Forces operative who must broker a truce between the Mexican drug cartel and Oklahoma's corrupt Governor Richard Jeffs (Eric Dane). When the truce is broken, Doc's daughter Dixie is kidnapped by the cartel's hatchet man Cuco, leading to a deadly game of cat and mouse. As tensions escalate, Doc's wartime CO and fixer work together with Billie Riggs (Annabeth Gish) to try and rescue Dixie.
