Scream and Scream Again

A serial killer drains his victims of blood is on the loose and London police follow him to a house owned by an eccentric scientist, Dr. Browning (Vincent Price). Detective Superintendent Bellaver (Alfred Marks) investigates the rape and murder of a young woman, Eileen Stevens, with the help of forensic pathologist Dr. David Sorel. The case leads to the clinic where Dr. Browning works, who is also revealed to be one of the composite superhumans involved in his experiments.
