Dallas, played by Tony Schiena, is a one-man killing machine on a mysterious rampage targeting biker gangs and meth labs, prompting the Vegas mob boss to take drastic measures to protect his interests, particularly his girlfriend Iris, played by AnnaLynne McCord.
